Lukki Terms and Conditions

1. Introduction and Scope

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”, “Agreement”) explain the rules governing access to the Lukki website, player accounts, casino games, sportsbook services, promotions, payments and other features offered through the platform (“Services”).

Lukki Casino is operated by Just Entertainment B.V., registered under number 160603 at Scharlooweg 39, Willemstad, Curaçao. The website is licensed and authorised by the Curaçao Gaming Authority under licence number OGL/2024/164/0246.

These Terms should be read together with Lukki’s Privacy Policy, Bonus Terms and Conditions, Responsible Gaming Policy and any game-specific or payment-specific rules that may apply.

2. Acceptance of the Terms

By creating an account or otherwise using Lukki Services, a User confirms that they have read, understood and accepted the applicable Terms.

If a User does not agree with any provision, they must not register, deposit, place wagers or continue using the Services.

The official international English version of Lukki’s Terms takes precedence over translated versions where differences occur. Lukki may update its Terms from time to time, and Users are responsible for reviewing the version currently published on the website.

3. Important Notice for Users in Ireland

Ireland is currently included in Lukki’s official list of restricted countries.

Under the current Lukki Restricted Countries Policy, Users located in Ireland are not permitted to deposit funds or participate in real-money games through the platform.

This page is therefore provided for informational purposes and should not be interpreted as an invitation to gamble with Lukki from Ireland.

The technical availability of a website, promotional page or account interface does not override Lukki’s jurisdictional restrictions.

4. Irish Gambling Requirements

Ireland regulates gambling activities through national legislation and the Gambling Regulatory Authority of Ireland.

Irish law establishes a minimum gambling age of 18. Under the Gambling Regulation Act 2024, a person must have reached 18 years of age before opening a remote gambling account with a relevant licensed operator.

The Irish licensing framework is being introduced in phases. Operators providing regulated gambling services in Ireland may require an appropriate licence depending on the type of activity offered.

Lukki’s Curaçao licence should not be interpreted as an Irish gambling licence.

5. Geographic Restrictions

Lukki accepts Users only from jurisdictions in which its Services are made available under the Company’s policies and applicable law.

A User must not attempt to access real-money Services from a restricted country.

Lukki’s current Restricted Countries Policy includes Ireland together with a number of other jurisdictions. If a User attempts to deposit or play in violation of this policy, Lukki does not guarantee that a refund will be available.

Users must not conceal or misrepresent their actual location in order to bypass regional restrictions.

6. VPNs and Circumvention of Restrictions

A User must not use a VPN, proxy server, false residential details, third-party account or another technical method for the purpose of avoiding geographic restrictions.

Attempting to circumvent account or jurisdictional restrictions may be treated as unauthorised activity.

Where such activity is detected, Lukki may restrict or terminate the account and may review payments, bonuses and winnings associated with the violation.

7. Minimum Age

Lukki accepts only Users aged 18 or older, subject to any higher minimum age imposed in the User’s jurisdiction.

A User may be required to provide documentation proving their age.

Accounts operated by underage persons may be suspended or terminated, and related transactions may be reviewed.

Providing a false date of birth or using another person’s identity to bypass age restrictions is prohibited.

8. Account Registration

A Lukki Account is personal to the registered User.

Registration information must be real, accurate and kept up to date. The Account must be created by a natural person acting on their own behalf and for personal entertainment purposes.

Users must not create accounts on behalf of another individual, business or organisation.

Lukki may reject or restrict registration where internal security requirements are not satisfied.

9. One Account per User

Each individual may operate only one Lukki Account unless the Company has expressly instructed otherwise.

Creating additional accounts to claim bonuses repeatedly, bypass restrictions, evade responsible gambling controls or conceal previous account activity is prohibited.

Where multiple accounts are found to be connected to the same person or controlling party, Lukki may apply restrictions or sanctions across all associated accounts.

10. Account Security

Users are responsible for protecting their login credentials and devices.

Account access must not be shared with another person. Any activity carried out through the Account may be treated as the responsibility of the registered Account holder.

If unauthorised access is suspected, the User should contact Lukki support as soon as possible.

Lukki may temporarily restrict an Account while investigating suspicious login activity or other security concerns.

11. Identity Verification and KYC

Lukki may require identity verification at any stage.

Verification can include checks of identity, age, residential information, payment ownership or other information required for regulatory, security or anti-fraud purposes.

Users must cooperate with reasonable verification requests and provide genuine, valid and readable documents.

If a User repeatedly refuses or fails to complete the required procedure, Lukki may classify the Account as unverifiable. An unverifiable Account may be suspended, and payments, winnings or bonuses may be withheld or voided where permitted under the applicable Terms.

12. Anti-Fraud and Anti-Money Laundering Controls

Lukki may review account activity for signs of fraud, money laundering, third-party funding or other irregular financial behaviour.

A User Account must not be used as a bank account, payment-transfer service or currency exchange service.

Funds held in a Lukki Account do not earn interest, and the platform does not provide financial investment or currency exchange services.

Where suspicious activity is identified, deposits, withdrawals and other Account functions may be temporarily restricted while the matter is investigated.

13. Deposits

For Users in eligible jurisdictions, deposits are subject to the minimum amounts and methods displayed on Lukki’s Payments page.

The standard minimum deposit for EUR transactions is currently €20, although individual payment methods may have different limits.

Because Ireland is currently a restricted jurisdiction under Lukki’s policy, Users located in Ireland must not attempt to make real-money deposits.

A payment becoming technically possible does not override the geographic restriction.

14. Payment Ownership

Users may only use payment methods that can be verified as belonging to the registered Account holder.

Third-party funding is prohibited. This includes the use of a friend’s, relative’s or business payment account even where the User claims to have received permission.

Transactions involving third-party payment methods may be investigated, rejected or reversed according to the applicable rules.

15. Deposit Wagering Requirement

For Users who are permitted to play under Lukki’s jurisdictional policy, each casino deposit currently carries a 3× wagering requirement before funds connected with that deposit become eligible for withdrawal.

This means that bets equal to at least three times the deposited amount must generally be placed.

Where a withdrawal includes funds that have not satisfied this requirement, Lukki may reject the request or apply a processing fee.

This rule is separate from any wagering requirement attached to a bonus.

16. Supported Currencies

Lukki supports various fiat and digital currencies.

Current supported currencies include EUR and several other national currencies together with selected cryptocurrencies. Availability depends on the User’s jurisdiction, Account and payment method.

Users are responsible for selecting supported currencies and networks.

Lukki is not responsible for funds lost because a User sends money through an unsupported blockchain network or unsupported currency route.

17. Cryptocurrency Transactions

Where cryptocurrency payments are available, Users are responsible for confirming the correct asset, network and wallet address before submitting a transaction.

Blockchain transactions may be irreversible once confirmed.

The Company does not control independent blockchain networks and cannot guarantee confirmation times.

Cryptocurrency prices can also change substantially between the time of deposit, gameplay and withdrawal.

18. Withdrawals

For Users in eligible jurisdictions, the standard minimum EUR withdrawal is generally €20, depending on the payment method.

All withdrawals may be subject to Account verification and anti-fraud review.

Lukki can hold a withdrawal for the period reasonably required to complete verification or security checks.

Because Ireland is currently restricted, a User in Ireland should not initiate deposits or real-money gameplay with the expectation of later withdrawing winnings.

19. Withdrawal Limits

Lukki’s currently published general limits for EUR-denominated Accounts provide for maximum withdrawals of €4,000 per day, €8,000 per week and €30,000 per month.

Where a requested withdrawal exceeds an applicable limit, the payment may be divided into instalments or part of the amount may be returned to the Account balance.

Individual payment methods can impose additional limits independently of Lukki’s general limits.

20. Daily Profit Limit

Lukki’s current Terms also provide for a maximum cumulative daily profit limit equivalent to USD 50,000 during a UTC calendar day.

According to the published Terms, profits exceeding this limit may be voided at the Company’s discretion.

Specific VIP arrangements, promotions or events may apply different rules where expressly stated.

21. Bank and Payment Provider Delays

Payment providers, intermediary banks and blockchain networks operate independently of Lukki.

Bank transfers can be affected by processing delays or intermediary charges.

The amount received may also differ from the amount displayed because of currency conversion performed by a bank or payment processor.

Users are responsible for reviewing external fees that may apply to their chosen payment method.

22. Dormant Accounts

Under Lukki’s currently published Terms, an Account may become dormant after at least 120 days without Account activity.

Lukki may charge a dormant Account an administrative fee of €10 per month, or the equivalent in the Account’s active balance currency, while the Account remains inactive and has a positive balance.

The fee stops when the Account is reactivated or when the available balance reaches zero.

23. Games and Availability

Lukki may provide slots, table games, live casino content and other gaming products through third-party providers.

Individual games can be restricted according to provider policy, jurisdiction or technical requirements.

Lukki may add, suspend or remove games from the platform.

Users are responsible for understanding the rules of a game before placing a wager.

24. Sportsbook Services

Where sportsbook services are available, bets are subject to Lukki’s sportsbook rules.

Odds can change until a bet is accepted.

Lukki may void, restrict or re-settle wagers affected by obvious pricing errors, technical issues, data-feed errors or circumstances affecting the integrity of an event.

Bets on postponed, cancelled or materially altered events may be handled according to the rules applicable to the relevant market.

25. Bonuses and Promotions

Bonuses, free spins, tournaments and other promotions are governed by separate promotional conditions.

These conditions may determine minimum deposits, wagering requirements, eligible games, maximum stakes, expiry periods and withdrawal rules.

Users should review a promotion’s specific rules before accepting it.

A bonus balance should not be treated as immediately withdrawable cash unless the relevant promotion expressly states otherwise.

26. Bonus Abuse

Promotional offers are intended for genuine recreational play.

Creating multiple Accounts, exploiting promotional errors, coordinating with other Users or manipulating betting patterns to obtain an unfair promotional advantage may be considered bonus abuse.

Lukki may cancel affected promotions or bonus-derived winnings where a violation is established.

27. Prohibited Conduct

Users must not engage in identity fraud, payment fraud, money laundering, collusion, use of stolen payment details, technical exploitation or attempts to manipulate Lukki’s games and systems.

The use of software, automated tools or strategies intended to exploit weaknesses in the platform is also prohibited.

A User who becomes aware of an obvious technical error is expected to report it rather than deliberately attempt to profit from it.

28. Errors and Incorrect Credits

If funds, bonuses or winnings are credited to an Account by mistake, Lukki may correct the Account balance.

Money credited because of a technical, administrative or human error does not automatically become the property of the User.

If incorrectly credited funds have already been withdrawn or spent, Lukki may treat the amount as a debt owed by the User and seek recovery where permitted.

29. Suspension and Account Closure

Lukki may suspend, restrict or close an Account where it determines that the User has breached the Terms, acted fraudulently or attempted to circumvent restrictions.

Payments may be temporarily halted during a security investigation.

In certain cases, Lukki may limit the information provided to the User about an ongoing investigation where disclosure could interfere with security or anti-fraud procedures.

30. Responsible Gambling

Gambling should be treated as entertainment and not as a guaranteed way to make money.

Lukki states that gambling can be addictive and restricts its Services to persons aged 18 or over.

Users should only gamble with money they can afford to lose and should seek professional support if gambling begins to cause financial, emotional or personal harm.

For Users in Ireland, support and safer gambling information can also be obtained through appropriate Irish services and the Gambling Regulatory Authority of Ireland.

31. Data Protection and Privacy

Lukki may process personal information for Account administration, identity verification, payments, fraud prevention, regulatory compliance, responsible gambling and customer support.

Users should review the current Lukki Privacy Policy for details regarding collection, processing and retention of personal information.

Individuals in Ireland may also have rights under applicable European and Irish data-protection legislation, including the GDPR where relevant.

32. Customer Support and Complaints

Users with questions or complaints should first contact Lukki customer support through the available support channels.

Lukki currently provides live support and the email address [email protected] for Account and service-related enquiries.

Users should provide sufficient information to allow the matter to be investigated but should never send passwords, private cryptocurrency keys or other sensitive authentication credentials through support messages.

33. Claims and Disputes

Lukki’s current Terms provide an internal procedure for claims, complaints and disputes.

Users are expected to contact Customer Support first so the issue can be reviewed by the appropriate department.

The published Terms state that disputes arising between the User and the Website are subject to arbitration in Curaçao in accordance with Curaçao civil procedure rules.

Nothing in this clause should be interpreted as removing mandatory rights that may apply to a User under law where those rights cannot legally be excluded.

34. Limitation of Liability

Gambling involves the possibility of financial loss.

Lukki does not guarantee that the Website or its software will operate without interruption or error at all times.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Lukki may limit responsibility for losses caused by internet failures, hardware problems, third-party payment systems or other circumstances outside its reasonable control.

This does not exclude mandatory legal rights that cannot lawfully be waived.

35. Non-Transferability

A User may not sell, assign, pledge or otherwise transfer their Lukki Account, winnings, deposits, bets or related contractual claims to another person without the Company’s consent.

The Account and rights arising from it are intended to remain personal to the registered User.

36. Changes to Services

Lukki may modify or discontinue games, payment options, tournaments, promotions and other features.

A product available at one time is not guaranteed to remain available permanently.

Provider restrictions, technical issues, licensing requirements or changes in jurisdictional policy may result in content becoming unavailable.

37. Changes to These Terms

The Company may revise these Terms.

Users should check the current official version before relying on any specific rule relating to deposits, withdrawals, promotions or Account access.

Irish Users should pay particular attention to changes in the Restricted Countries Policy. Ireland is currently expressly included in Lukki’s restricted list.

38. Irish Regulatory Position

Lukki’s Curaçao licence does not represent authorisation from the Gambling Regulatory Authority of Ireland.

Ireland is introducing its new licensing framework under the Gambling Regulation Act 2024 on a phased basis, with GRAI responsible for licensing and supervising relevant gambling activities in the State.

Because Lukki itself currently prohibits real-money use from Ireland, Users located in Ireland should not attempt to circumvent that restriction.

39. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions may continue in effect to the extent permitted by law.

Where possible, an invalid provision should be interpreted in a manner that most closely reflects its intended purpose while remaining legally enforceable.

40. Final Acceptance

By using Lukki, a User confirms that they understand the applicable Terms, Account requirements and risks associated with gambling.

Users are responsible for checking whether the Services are available in their jurisdiction before registering or making any payment.

For Ireland specifically, Lukki’s current official Terms classify the country as restricted. Users located in Ireland are therefore not permitted under Lukki’s present policy to deposit funds or participate in real-money games.
